Tarraray is a family owned business and an Australian Company. Our policy is to provide the best possible service and the highest quality products to our customers whilst allowing them to stay informed of new products and ideas.
PAYMENT METHODS
Tarraray accepts Paypal, Visa, MasterCard and Bankcard.
We also accept payment by money order, cheque, direct deposit, credit card and cash in house. Please contact us for further details.
Remember to supply an email address so that we can confirm receipt of your order.
Please note though, that whatever your payment method Tarraray will not ship an order until all funds are cleared. With cheques and money orders allow three working days. For payment by credit card, orders will be processed on the day.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Tarraray ships only in Australia. Orders are dispatched within 7 to 10 days and should be received within 8 to 14 working days.
Shipping costs are a base rate of $9.80 up to 3kg. Orders to Western Australia are a base rate of $13.00 up to 3kg. Any orders over this weight will be advised of costs - Please contact us prior to purchase on 02)66534423. You may also choose to have your purchase express posted at the rate of $13.00.

CANCELLATIONS
Please note all orders accepted by us and cancelled will recieve a $15 handling fee. Please ensure when you are placing your order that it is correct before submitting or you Will be charged this fee.
If your order has been accepted and paid for we will refund only on faulty goods. |
