Jenine (Owner/Manager) is a Life Member of the RSPCA, Animal Welfare League NSW,
a 13 year Member of Dogs NSW and a member of Happy Paws Haven Grafton
who we work closely with rescues and rehoming.
 

• All accommodation is secure, with each kennel fully enclosed for your pet's security.
• Kennels are well lit (natural light) and a full lighting system.
• All Kennels and cattery have fully reverse cycled air conditioning.
• Bright and cheery atmosphere with impeccable cleanliness.
• Automatic water drinkers.
• All charges include individual exercise time.
• Yappy Time available (playtime with fur friends).
• Dogs are run two to three times a day in our large grassed yards exercise yards.
   
• Cats are accommodated in their own wing away from the dogs.
• Each cat is run twice a day in our large internal exercise area.
   
• Special attention for senior pets and those with special requirements.
• Veterinarians on 24 hour call.
• A Large choice of accommodation options to suite you and your pet’s requirements.
• All Staff are fully trained.
• To ensure the full protection of all pets staying at the Retreat each one MUST be fully vaccinated.
   

Verification that vaccinations have been completed is required and we ask you to present the last two concurrent certificates, before or at, the time of boarding for all new boarders.
Dogs and cats that have not been previously vaccinated MUST have a C5 vaccination 14 days prior to entry and cats an F3.
All annual vaccinations must be completed at least seven days prior to commencement of boarding and verification must be presented upon entry.
All animals must be on current flea & tick prevention (Advantix, Frontline or Proban).
